Unacceptable service again from Standard Bank Insurance
Once again, I am disappointed with the total lack of service by Standard Bank Insurance Brokers. This is the second time I am resorting to Hello Peter, the last time was about 4 years ago, to try to get a claim resolved. I lodged a claim in February, after following up in March an assessor was sent to the property. By May, we had not had a response from Standard Bank so followed up once again. The claim was acknowledged and I sent a signed Agreement of Loss on 11 June and was informed that the claim would be reimbursed. That was the last response I had. In the interim, I have asked for an update at least 10 times with absolutely no response. This kind of service is totally unacceptable in my opinion!

Interestingly, my monthly subscription has just been increased!
It’s a pity one has to resort to HelloPeter to get a response from Standard Bank Insurance Brokers.
