Unacceptable service

I've called numerous times and my airtime just goes they don't even return ur call, I've emailed for assistance over 5 times and nothing how does a bank offer such pathetic service we trying to submit a geyser claim and we currently suffering because of them. They are very quick to increase this and that but we can never get help.
