Unacceptable service

I am truly appalled by the service I am receiving from Standard Bank Building Insurance. I do not even think they deserve the star on the dashboard. On Saturday I did a claim for my geyser and have not received any feedback from them everytime I call my airtime gets depleted trying to get through to follow up I am truly dissapointed and considering cancelling my policy with them.
