Unacceptable service

<p>Highly highly disappointed! Firstly: since I joined standard bank car insurance in April 2014, I have not received my car policy documents nor the car stickers. Called more than 5 times every 3rd month till date nothing was posted. As I am a loyal standard bank account holder and have many accounts with them. I referred my sister to get insurance through them. She joined in August 2016 and she has also not received her documentations. A big company like this that can't arrange to courier these documents at my door step is highly disappointing. I'm really and seriously considering moving my accounts elsewhere if this is not addressed </p>
