Unacceptable claim outcome

I am utterly disappointed and disgusted with the handling of my claim from standard bank insurance.

They are forcing me to accept a cash settlement instead of doing the repairs themselves. The cash settlement value is based on estimation and does not cover what is damaged.

I would like for Complaints to relook at this claim and provide a more efficient outcome.
