Unacceptable business practices

After having sent my paperwork in saying im retrenched due to the covid 19 epidemic, your company still takes my last cash out of my bank account. Knowing that im applying for the insurance cover to help me out. After sitting for more than a hour in your bank speaking to consultants on the phone, not one of them chose to help in any regard. I would like my last monies reversed back into my account, so i can feed my family. Your business practices are very unhanded, knowing people are going through such a rough time. *******ly taking my money out of my account is against the law. I know that this review will just get a look through, but i will not stop here getting my monies back
