Unacceptable and Unfair Service!

I contacted SBIB on Monday, 24 July 2023 at 11H59 and was assisted by a gentleman called Tshepo. I wanted to add a trailer to my insurance and also enquired about contents cover while my goods were in storage and being moved. I was told that he had to refer the trailer to the underwriters and that he had to find out about the contents cover and that he will get back to me soonest. It has been a week and I have had no feedback. My trailer and household contents remain uncovered. This is not acceptable and fair treatment from SBIB!!!
