Unable to register a claim

I called Standard Bank Insurance (***) on the 15th of March 2018 and again today the 18th. I have been on the phone waiting for assistance for hours. I urgently need to register a claim as my house is flooded with water due to leaking pipes. It's totally unsafe, please assist or give me the go-ahead to do the repair and I will be reimbursed later.
