Unable to get through to someone in claims dept at Standard Bank Home insurance

Been trying to get through to Insurance claims contact no....***....waiting forever just to lodge a claim. Last week called their new business no....almost immediately spoke to someone. This person said that she will get someone from the claims depart to contact me.

I'm still waiting.

Ready to cancel my policy.
