Unable to contact Standard Bank Insurance

I phoned Standard Bank Insurance only to be told I must use the app to contact a human being. That is ridiculous. Nonetheless, I went to the app, which told me I was number 4 in the queue. I have not moved in the queue and I have been waiting almost fifteen minutes now. I am ending the chat. Please get someone to phone me.
