Un satisfied with insurance service

I have my vehicle insured by Standard Bank insurance I have been claim free for 6 years I recently put a claim I was informed that because of non payment the claim cannot be processed how is this possible if payment for the Mont of July because of the unrest was late they cannot process the claim they still double debited my account for the month of July so if I didn't pay for July but paid for August it is fair in saying that no claim can be processed but there was a late payment but they still debited my account so now they want to be technical about the payment because a clame as been put through so if payment was made they need to refund all my money from July last year till this date
