Umhappy customer

It's 9 Oct 2019 and I'm still waiting for Std Bank vehicle insurance to have my accident claim of 23 August 2019 approved. This stems frm the time when They first approved a panel beater shop and my vehicle was send in for accident repairs. Very poor quality workmanship forced me to take the vehicle back the day after it was picked up, just to discover that the panel beater shop closed it's doors. According to my knowledge, these people still haven't been found. Std Bank vehicle insurance confirmed telehonically that they are liable and take full responsibility for this matter. But my oh my, do I have endless excuses frm their accessors and always the same "I'm so sorry" frm the insurance company but NO action NO communication. I have never ever skipped a premium payment, never a late payment, and this is the kind of service I get.
