*****ulent change of beneficiary on my policy

*****ulent change of beneficiary on my policy without concern, a certain individual inside standard bank is commiting ***** on my policy. The beneficiaries are being changed to the names I do not know. I need standard bank to explain why is that a case. I have taken this to ombudsman, then offcourse will take it to social media so that people are aware.
