Two weeks still waiting

Claim number ***5 were reported almost two weeks ago.arangements were made that i will b contacted the Monday from a contractor to set a time for the Tuesday never happened however i received a call from an assessor the Tuesday not sure what happened to the contractor his response were that no one from the call centre advise him to set an appointment he decided to send a request to send a builder.I received a call from Calvert Costruction i told him that i were messed around if we can meet next week untill today no call please do not contact me tomorrow.SIL im aware that i do not reside in the fancy parts of Cape Town to treat me like garbage and please do not respond to this complaint cause it's just a front to show that you responded but nothing comes of it example claim ***4 the contractor said the door were installed wrong and the claim were rejected by the contractor.He never responded to claim and i lodged a complaint.I were advised after writing my review to send a report from my builder that were also rejected and received a mail from Mr Mahommed Khan the damages happened over a period of time dont no who to believe. So i no that claim ***5 will also be rejected reason will probably be its more then two weeks and cant see any damages. SIL there are one buiding contractor that service are above the best they are Judante builders these people will follow up with you contact you go the extra mile and make you feel like you are valued.My request do not respond to this complaint and i dont want the current builder thats got the claim to contact me and not in the future.Thanking You for No Service
