Two Claims Pending since December 2016

I am so disappointed and there is no one to contact.

Two claims were logged for different dates:

1st Claim - half the claim is still outstanding and although numerous emails with supporting documentation was submitted and forwarded to both the Claims and Complaints departments (with confirmation that the emails have been read) no responses are forthcoming.

2nd Claim - the claim for the leakage was repudiated yet the claim for the damaged caused by the lightning was never addressed.
