Treating Customers Fairly

<p>I have an access waiver car insurance with Standard Bank. On the 24th of May one of Youngman Roofing employee's caused an accident which i was involved in. Due to the accident my cellphone was damaged and i could not call roadside assistance see attached. </p> <p>At that time Colossum Motors assisted me when i needed helped the most. My Insurance Standard Bank insist i need to pay R1900.00 towards the Tow Truck cost. I explained the costs associated with this accident doctors visits as well as follow up visit, Call a friend to pick me up at the scene and take me to the police station with a cost and the repair of my cellphone and they still want me to pay an additional R1900.00</p> <p> </p> <p>I spoke to Matthew, Kaitlyn, Kyle and Shameera state my case in detail. i e-mailed them today yet again and all they do is read but do not reply.</p> <p>Mishka Cassiem</p>
