Totally, Totally Satisfied with service received.

If I could I would extend my Star rating to a 10! That's how satisfied I am with the service I received. My geyser had burst which was situated in my Lounge, causing resultant damage to my kitchen cupboard and ceiling.

I called claims the next day,got through a beautiful soul by the name of Jacksina, explained the situation and that I also have a week old baby at home, empathizing how desperate and urgent my situation was and she was caring and supportive, gave me a claim number and dispatched the relevant people the same day.

I had to have my old geyser removed and placed outside my house, an electrician to connect the wiring for the new geyser and a builder to repair my damaged ceiling and cupboard, here is the best part, all this too 3 DAYS!!!! only 3 days. Jacksina kept me updated on who would be arriving at our home and at what times throughout the entire process.
