Totally absolutely useless......

My wife called Standard Bank home assist on 7th December 2020 to get an exterminator to come and look at an ant problem. We were informed that they ah already stopped their services for the year which we know was a story. I called them in the 3rd week in January this year and they eventually sent someone out who would provide a quote. It has been another month and still no one has reached out to me. I have never missed a payment or made a late payment or short paid in 10 years. Seriously you guys are about as helpful as a ice salesman in Antarctica......
