Total lack of intrist!!!

It is now 10 months later and my kitchen is still not up to what it was after a burst pipe ....... The assessor (of standardbank ) came to have a look ......... said that work is not up to standard and he wil take it further....... Gess what it is where it ended never heard from him or any one els again ...... have still a hole in the wall , tyles that is missing ......

SO PLEASE DO THINK TWICE BEFORE EVEN THINKING OF MAKING USE OF THIS INSURANCE ........
