Total Failure

We have been trying to contact the insurance department for 3 weeks. They keep saying they called back but no missed calls on my phone or message left. EMAILED THEM ON NUMEROUS OCCASIONS WITH NO FEEDBACK. Today again i requested a urgent callback before 1 and NOTHING
