To wait or not to wait !!!!!

The rains have damaged my roof of Sunday. I have been trying to call standard bank from Monday. I have not been successful. I am constantly on hold for 30 minutes and sometimes to the extent of an hour I do not have the airtime or the wasted time to sit on the phone and wait for some one to answer. The service I received is DISGUSTING. ....It's been 4 days trying to get through to them
