Thumbs up from me!!!

So I have to admit that I wasn't sure about these guys at first. But I was pleasantly surprised when it came to a time where I had to claim. It was so effortless and pleasant that I had to share it here. I had a home break in and a few expensive items were ******. At first I was informed that I was not covered for theft and that left me with a sick feeling in the stomach. But my friendly assessor told me hold on for a day or two and he will replay the sales conversation. He got back to me within a day to advise me that he will process the claim because he believes that after the sales conversation I made a reasonable assumption to believe I was covered for theft, even though my actual policy did not include that (my fault for not reading it thoroughly). That sales recording saved me a hefty amount and if it weren't for the assessor going the extra mile I would be left with all my valuable gone for nothing. So thats a thumbs up from me!!!
