This cant be right
I had cover with this company and when I cancelled my cover yesterday I was asked to send confirmation of my new policy cover which I did so that they could process the prorata refund for the remaining days. Today I call to make a follow up and I am told I cant get any refund as I didnt give them notice, why was I not told about this yesterday already
