They robbing me

On the 25 Nov i was hit by drunk guys and 27 November the assesor told me its a wright off and i sent all the documents to lady who handling my claim and they promise by 14 Dec payment would be made till today they there is no payment only thing they good at is asking me settlement letter every 5 days they playing games but why they letting us joining their insurance if they don't want to pay the money I'm so disappointed with them its 2months without a car and i can't do anything yhooo hayi they were good in deducting the installments on my bank account please help me i need to know when they are paying the money claim number 351406
