They reject my claim the offer me another life insurance

After standard bank rejected my claim for something that was supposed to be done by them, they still have the nerve to offer me a life insurance. i already cancelled my car insurance with them and will soon cancel the home insurance too because I'm paying for nothing, even with the car insurance I paid for nothing!!! standard bank is a ****.
