THEY ONLY DEBIT AND NEVER ASSIST
I have a bond and house insurance with Standard bank, due to the bad weather in Durban my house in now flooding, i called standard bank regarding a claim, i was engaged through out and decided to take my complaint to Helo Peter
They rep**** and even arranged for someone to come and evaluate the house. i have been waiting ever since, tried to call them and the phone rings till my airtime is exhausted.
The weather is not getting any better and the situation is still the same and getting worse, my furniture is damaged and getting worse each and every time it rains,i feel like my roof will collapse on me and i pay my insurance premium every month with NO FAIL !!!!

19 Dec 2017, 14:00Standard Bank rep**** only to tell me that they are rejecting my claim because the damage is not new and they don't have proof that the damage was from the storm. I have been complaining for a couple of months now for them to tell me that the damage is old. if they came on time to process my claim I wouldn't be having this problem. I am cancelling Standard bank building insurance, at this point I wish I can even move my bond to another bank.
