They not honest and loyal to their clients interests

Did not get the device I paid for, third party car involved in an accident was not paid, no reason given . They only declared my car as a write off, meaning the claim was accepted. Now I'm left with having to pay the damages for the 3rd party alone. No email or call was given as to why standard bank is not paying the 3rd party damaged
