They don't value anybody they are heartless

Standardbank I claimed since last week on Wednesday they told me about 48 hours I did follow up they promise their consultant will get back to me since I was running after them till to this date I'm in need of my money they said assesor will call me and tell me what time will they locate my money yesterday I waited nothing today I called again still same thing I want someone who have power to expose standard on public platforms they are making me a joke still this assesor hasn't called I'm running out of airtime and money doing up and downs running after them to give me my money I'm in tears because of standardbank... they ignore u even on Instagram they will say our consultant will call u still nothing
