They don't pay 3rd party at Standard Bank Insurance

I'm disappointed, angry and frustrated. I launched a 3rd party claim with @Standard Bank insurance on 03/01/2023 up until today nothing happened. They requested documents pertaining the accident, car and AR of which I submitted but still they not doing anything. Their PVWINC Lawyers are not assisting as they told me to wait for the assessor since March 2023. When I called to enquire with my frustration Nomthandazo fought with me over the phone and said I must consult my lawyers she will deal with them and I did that but still they not answering.

Standard bank insurance made me drive a car which is unsafe as axle is bent, door sometimes not locking and it wobbling when I hit a brake
