They don't do what they promise they will

<p>I am insured third party, had an accident and it's the other party's fault. </p> <p>First they said they would help me claim from the other one. Then they phoned and said, sorry, they won't and were closing my claim. After calling the other insurer, was told SB has to help me do it. Eventually after much calling, I found out what I need to do (get my own quotes, send pics etc). The one piec of information missing is a letter saying I won't also claim from SB. I have called THREE TIMES now and been told it will be done, it's in the queue for processing etc etc. but everytime nothing happens. </p> <p> </p> <p>Don't use them -- you will wait for 30 minutes before anyone answers your call and then they won't actually help you.</p>
