They do not want to pay my funeral claim

My mum claimed on Tuesday with my sister for the same person. They only payed claim of my sister. When we call asking them why we haven't got the money they say because they can not get hold of the Doctor. How did they release the other pay out? From Tuesday till now they haven't pay. Funeral is on Saturday and need to use the money
