If you want the worst insurance “I recommend” StandardBank insurance!!! They took forever with my claim which was submitted last year 2022 after being involved in an accident and as soon as my car returned the car was not in the best of conditions… I called them back asking that they revisit the faults that I had given to them, they then took my car in that very same bad condition they brought it to me and returned now in a far worse condition… The car is not moving and anymore. Now I find myself sitting with a non-starter vehicle! StandardBank insurance and its elected panel of service providers are the worst people you can ever deal with in life!! They stole my spare wheel claiming that the car didn’t have a sparewheel!!! Like it’s the worst ever!! The tow truck driver himself that works for the company also says they are the worst!!!
