These help Srandardbank insurance has put my parents life endanger!

Please help?!! My elderly parents have been left by standard bank insurance in a flooded house for 2 months. Water came out the ceiling, kitchen turned, no water as I found it is a burst geyser not a roof leak as the finding by the Standard Bank assesor. First told my parents the building was not up to standard as that is the reason why thet rejected my parents claim and left them with no water and no electricity for weeks. How can you be so malicious to the vulnerable !!! I immediately got a plumber out to get the water on. Now Standard bank refuses to help fix the house that got damaged due to their incompetence. Even refusing to reimburse me for the geyser. What is even more disgraceful is that last week I got them out to look at the damage, the contrator Standard bank sent out tried to get money out of my parents and even wanted to hold them ransom until i pay him a cal-out fee. How can Standard band send this kind of people to my parents house!! I feel my parents is not safe anymore!! standard bank insurance is no more than a ****. Any body that knows what I can do to report this to the authorities please help?
