There cannot be a worse insurer than Standard Insurance Limited.

There is not a rating poor enough for this utterly useless company. What a ****. They force themselves on you via the home loan but do not appear to have people in an office because you can never get hold of anyone. It took them 3 months to refuse my last claim and for the past 2 weeks have not responded to my new claim. Don't bother trying to email Palesa Maduna or Martha Motsamai they are as useless as there policies.
