Yesterday, the 25th October 2023, I requested a call back from SBIB Funeral policy services. A very vibrant, professional and yet caring and understanding called me back and took his time to listen to all my concerns and addressed them. He was not rushed to move to another client. He made me feel special and like I was the only client. My engagement with Themba Mashele left me feeling content. WOW, Themba, you are a SUPER STAR, well done.
