Their System is not Effective

It's so not easy to talk to them. I have called twice and they only take messages and promise to call you back. My funeral policy is now 2 months not being debited I'm trying to fix but hey I'm not getting joy from this bank. Can you change how you work. Now I must go to the branch when this could ha e been fixed online or telephonical.
