Their approved repair/contractors people are useless

I has a weather damage claim, the job was started but incomplete for over a year now, i have tried multiple times to get assistance but nothing happens, i tried with my bankers and directly with the Standard bank insurance, looks like these people just don't care to complete the job and the bank doesnt follow up with them.
