Theft and bad service

Very bad service from standard bank, the did ***** on my Vehicle finance account put in insurance i never signed or asked for , iv been taken from pillar to post when i try to cancel the insurance i never signed for, also i tried claiming for home insurance since my geyser burst iv not gotten any feedback nor reference number from them, their lines are always busy or not answered at all. im sick and tired of standard bank
