Theft

I have been trying since May to cancel my structural and goods insurance with Std Bank. My bond has been moved to ABSA and I pay insurance to ABSA. On numerous occasions I have phoned and emailed Std Bank but they have yet to cancel the insurance debit order. I get put on hold or I wait for such a long time that my airtime runs out! I didn't have funds in my account hoping they will get the hint...I got charged for a RTD DR AND they took funds as soon as a credit balance was in my account. This is my child's maintenance money!! I am at a loss as to how to get them to STOP TAKING MY MONEY WHEN MY BOND IS CANCELLED IN THEIR BOOKS! I want a refund of the debits as of the bond cancellation. I will not call or email again as it is absolutely useless doing either.
