THE WORST SERVICE DELIVERY

I logged a lightning claim with Std bank Ins on 01/03/2019, the claim was only authorized on 15/03/2019. I am still waiting for the items to be replaced. the service provider appointed has NEVER made contact with me. Standard bank insurance is the WORST!!!! I am suffering but they don't care. Can they please give me a Gift Card so that I can SORT myself OUT as they can't!!
