THE WORST INSURER IN THE UNIVERSE

Iam still waiting for feedback from my flood claim....5months later. My house is hanging by the edge, rain season is here and we are in fear because a collapse is inevitable

Their call center is pathetic... you only get assistance after an hour of placing a call

I'm extremely unhappy with their service, they do not relate or feel for any situation a client is facing

I advice the public to never consider insuring with them
