The worst insurance you can think of (SIL)

I was involved in an accident on the 11/7/2018 and lodged a claim with SIL and my car was taken in for repairs. I was told that they have appointed their attorneys to recover the costs from the other driver who bumped onto my car as he was insured by another insurance company and to date I have not received any feedback form their attorneys. Worst part, when I try to contact their lawyers they just ignore my communique or they will just send you irrelevant cases of their previous clients with wrong details which you cannot understand how they relate to your case. The only thing they are good at is increasing your premium after you lodge a claim and their panel beaters will take forever to fix your car and when they call you in to come take your car, you might find that they have drained your petrol and tell you to come the following day to come and have a part/component fitted into your car after leaving it with them for 4 weeks. My car was left with white marks which I was told it is polish and even today those marks are still visible and the bumper which they repaired is showing cracks which makes me wonder what type of technology do they use.
