THE WORST EXPERIENCE WITH STANDARD BANK

Thee worst experience ever witb standard bank insurance. The huge storm blew over our wall at the back were there is a river flowing and a huge bush ,so unsafe and so dangerous for my fam and we are mostly women in the house, as per the assesor the wall was not built to spec ,while they sit enjoy the benefit of finding a loop hole we sit suffering scared for our safety. How can u be insured and pay your monthly instalments without a late payment and then we get answers like this ,whats the use of having an insurance, my advice is don't go with standard bank insurance because when we are paying on a monthly basis they arent checking the specs of our money
