The worst ever customer service

I wrote a review of standard bank insurance on the 23rd January. I have received a response saying they will respond. Up to today no one of standard band insurance has contacted me.. I've tried calling them 3 times again and the long messages that they have before you even get to line to choose is so pathetic. I will not recommend standard bank insurance to anyone and not even a phone call from a consultant or manager. They are the worse and I've already sent an email to the ombudsman and I am taking this matter much further. Standard bank insurance is pathetic and they have such bad customer service 😞😞
