The worst claims experience EVER!!!
I keep giving STD Bank Insurance the benefit of the doubt, only to be disappointed OVER AAND OVER AGAIN
I submitted my claim 10 days ago, and after engaging with 4 different people, it still hasn't been resolved. I have to follow up EVERYDAY only to be told I will receive a call back to finalize the claim. Again today, I have been promised a call back, and honestly, I am NOT holding my breath. I am convinced I am going to need to call back again tomorrow.
To say I am disappointed is an understatement. The next time I hear from STD Bank I am not open for an apology; I just wish to have my claim resolved and move my business elsewhere.

Over 3 weeks later, and my claim has still NOT been resolved. A Ntsako Kwinika was assigned to my case and has been practically not helpful. I have sent numerous emails wanting to finalize this case, and she has not bothered replying to any of them.
At this rate, maybe the Ombudsman is the best solution because clearly Standard Bank is not intending to resolve this case anytime soon.
