The WORST Bank

This is the worst possible Bank to deal with. I have been trying to cancel my overinsured, overpriced policy with them since APRIL 2024. They do not respond to emails and when they do, I get told they will only accept the replacement policy when the sum insured is set to the amount they choose. FFS, these people are intellectually challenged!! They speak by rote and cannot think out the box or actually listen to you. I wish I never had the unfortunate experience of dealing with these people. I've been paying over priced, insurance for 9 years, only to have a claim repudiated and the restrictions on my policy increased and the premium increased. They must be MAD!
