THE Unlimited is a **** with their irritating consultants

I signed a policy with a lady that called me from The Unlimited- a debicheck was sent from my bank Standard Bank which i rejected after checking with my husband that we do not need this cover. The consultant called me to check why the debit order was rejected and i explained that i no longer needed the policy. I was then told from each consultant that called me that i am unable to cancel when they call me to follo up, i have to phone in. I explained to the consultant that i do not have a landline but went on their aite to contact them and cancel the policy. What gets me is that even though i cancelled and rejected this debit order - The Unlimited went ahead and debited my account and Standard Bank even after a debicheck rejection allowed this company to debt my account. I am so furious at bith companies and when i am well and back at the office I want to report both companies. The Unlimited is a ****!!!! And i am dissappointed in my bank
