The tragedy of a company called Standard Bank Insurance

This is a joke of an insurance company. We have had a claim open for over three months. First, they "lost" our claim number; now, they don't have enough inspectors to assist with our claim.

How is this company still in business?

All we get from our claim representative is that "they are working on it".
