The total lack of feedback and action is just poor and not acceptable

Why and for what perceived value have I been paying Std bank COMPREHENSIVE home insurance of R800 per month if this shocking service is what I receive??

I have had major flooding in my back yard from all the Gauteng storm activity in recent weeks. A section of my boundary wall fell over while I was away. I also had lightning strike the house and some roof tiles have been dislodged and fallen to the ground. I logged a claim on the morning of 1 January after waiting 15 minutes to get through to someone, claim info below.

Today is 8 January and I have 0 feedback. An assessor came out immediately on the 1st . 1 week later, no phonecall nothing. I have big dogs, what am I supposed to do with them!?

The level of service is just getting worse wherever one turns these days.
