The pinnacle of false advertising

After almost two months, my claim has still not been resolved. Kanti who do you have to be to actually get such things done? what language must you speak coz clearly the money language only works when you're talking to them. Its shameful how you have made your brand look like it knows what its doing.

"You can bank on Standard"... I can definitely bank on you to not get the job done. To even think your motto is "Prodeant Vexilla" as adapted from a famous Latin hymn and may be interpreted as "Let the Standards go forward". How are you achieving such a standard when the entire Institute is struggling to move forward with a claim. Be honest and ask yourselves if you really live up to the standard which you promise. Be honest with your clients and let them know that it takes a minimum of 6 months to solve a simple burst geyser claim.

Once this claim has been resolved I'm moving to another Insurance provider. This absolutely unacceptable, especially for your institute. The behavior and manner in which things have been handled is that of a ********** and dirty business. Thievery, empty promises is what your new tag line should be. The pinnacle of false advertising.
